Location is strategic and easy access from the main road. Upon entering the premises, the staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. Good deal for the room size and they even offered us adjoining rooms for our group although i didn't put in any request. Hotel room is quite spacious and clean, beds are comfy and the air-conditioning unit is easy enough to control. Awesome view of the whole town and I can also see the Alor Setar Tower view from my room. Such a good place to rest after going through 8 hours of travelling, i'm sure to book again the next time i visit Kedah.

The location is pretty accessible to most of the local restaurant and the largest shopping mall in town. Staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff keeping their floor really clean. Kudos to Syahira that handling floor 5th, I missed to drop the review upon check out and hopefully this review helps with their performance review. Thank you so much for everything!

Spacious room for two adults. Comfortable. Location good. Walking distance to biggest shopping complex. A few nice restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very nice, gave professional service. No problem to allow us to check- in earlier. Breakfast is considered quite good judging from the hotel price paid. Ample parking inside hotel premise

the location of the hotel is very strategic. 5 mins walk to Aman central a fairly big shopping mall. 10 mins walk to Alor Setar Tower. There is a kopitiam right opposite the hotel which serves a variety of hawker foods like roti canai, roti jala, lontong, wan tan mee, yong tau foo and many more. all halal.. don’t worry.
